Hi, I'm Creta!

I have been in the real Estate industry for over a decade, during which I’ve earned my associate broker license in Idaho and Wyoming, and the prestigious CRS designation. I have and do serve locally and nationally on different boards and committees. My experience spans various property types including residential, vacation, land, and investment properties, with a proven track record of exceeding expectations.


My commitment to professional growth is evident through a wide range of real estate classes and seminars I’ve attended, covering topics such as tax deferred exchanges, real estate finance and ethics. I value the ever- evolving nature of this industry, which keeps me on my toes and ensures no two transactions are the same.


My aspirations in the real estate industry are to continually improve and achieve new heights. What sets me apart is my ability to empathize with clients, sharing in their emotions and being a steadfast presence throughout the traction and beyond.


Outside of work. I enjoy golfing, reading, and traveling. In the beautiful outdoor landscapes of Idaho and Wyoming, golfing is a personal favorite, but I also relish in the diverse activities this region offers. Around town, I engage in local events like Alive after 5, visiting farmers markets, attending plays and shows, and supporting local sports teams like the Chukars and Spud Kings.


Idaho has become my cherished home for over 20 years now, and it offers everything I could desire, from safety to breathtaking scenery and warm, welcoming people. My personal life includes a loving family that includes my best friend and husband that helps keep me on my toes and supports everything I do with no questions, six kids who have now started their own families, giving us the joy of ten delightful grandbabies. At home, we share our lives with two teacup poodles, Appa and Lily.


Community involvement is essential to me, and I actively participate in organizations like RPAC, Idaho Falls Fraternal Order of Eagles 576, and Saving Our Sisters to name a few. Idaho and Wyoming have become not just a place to live, but a place where I thrive and give back to the communities that have given me so much.
